I have enough netherite ingots to make a spare set of armor and tools however I don’t know all the ins and outs to protection enchantments and especially fire protection. I avoid the lava in most cases but when filling in the holes where lava is spewing out sometimes it’s hard to avoid getting hit when reaching just that extra bit to prevent the flow. I know it sounds incredibly stupid however as someone who spends a lot of time mining for ancient debris I’m eager to know if fire protection on all armor pieces would reduce the burning and annoying damage noise when hit or stepping into lava.
